- Ghosts enter league play at 2-2 on the season. WA won the league in 2022. Since Joining the Dual County League in 1993, WA has won the league 5 times.
- The Waltham Hawks are coming to town Friday night with a 2-2 record, 1-0 in the league. They beat up on Acton Boxborough last week 42-6.
-WA has not lost to Waltham Since 2017. Last year WA beat Waltham 27-16. Waltham’s top players are RB/LB Wes O'Connor and WR/LB Noah Foy.
- Ghosts are coming off a week four loss against a talented Leominster Team. Coach Rich stated that offensively, they need to continue to run the ball well and limit mental mistakes. On Defense, the Ghosts need to limit big plays and rally to the football.
-Friday night's game will be Senior night. We will celebrate the seniors of not only the football team, but the cheerleaders and band members. Westford Academy Football has 23 Seniors this year.
