WESTFORD, MA — Westford Academy Football will open its 2025 training camp on Thursday, August 14, beginning with equipment distribution and the annual program expectations meeting. The Ghosts take the field for the first official practice on Friday, August 15, as preparations begin for the upcoming season.
The two-week camp period will feature morning practices, position-specific work, film study, and competitive scrimmages designed to prepare the roster for the physical and mental demands of the season.
Training Camp Schedule Highlights
Aug. 23 – Home Scrimmage vs. Groton-Dunstable/Lexington – 2:00 PM
Aug. 26 – Joint Practice with Danvers – 4:00 PM
Aug. 29 – Scrimmage at Haverhill – Freshman 4:00 PM, Varsity/JV 5:30 PM
Sept. 5 – Home Game Scrimmage vs. North Andover – 5:00 PM
